Key Accounts Set Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Key Account Set Coordinator’s role will be to build, communicate and distribute updated schematic information for corporate and independent accounts. While performing duties of the job, the employee will be preparing shelf sets and planograms using Space Planning software. The Key Accounts Set Coordinator will be responsible for executing the shelf sets in corporate and independent accounts by updating changes or adjustments to planograms.  The employee will do all of this by hand and with the assistance of hand trucks, and carts. The employee regularly stands, walks, and lifts product. The Key Accounts Set Coordinator is frequently bending and twisting at the neck and trunk more than the average person.

Normal Hours of Work: 45 to 50 hours average per week

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Executing Corporate Resets
  • Distribute and Update Corporate Schematics and Planograms
  • Verify and Schedule All Resets to Ensure Efficient Execution
  • Maintain Proper Equipment and Supplies Necessary to Execute Resets
  • Ensure 90% Shelf Set Accuracy
  • Use Proper Rotation Techniques to Ensure Product Freshness
  • Remove Out-Of-Code or Damaged Packages from Shelves or Displays
  • Ensure Accurate Pricing of Product
  • Ensuring Point Of Sale Material is in Place
  • Maintain a Timely and Accurate Call Schedule
  • Establish and Maintain a Rapport with Customers
  • Assisting Grocery Merchandising Team during Key Selling Weeks
  • Provide Continuous, Courteous and Professional Customer Service to Customers and Store Personnel

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to be Punctual in Meeting Route Scheduling and Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Sustain Physical Work in a Fast-Paced Work Environment
  • Effective Communication Skills – Verbal and Written
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Punctual with Early Morning Start Times

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Space Planning Software Preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with Good Moving Vehicle Record
  • High School Graduate with Additional Education Preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Administrative – 50%
  • Walking, Bending, Lifting & Twisting – 50%
  • Ability to Lift Products Weighing 50 Pounds Multiple Times Within a Day
  • Ability to Use a Variety of Hand Operated Equipment
  • Use of Personal Vehicle Required
